Please fill in your address in detail, otherwise the package we mailed to you will be returned to us, otherwise we will ignore your request to save everyone trouble.

1. Not satisfied with your order
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, 14 days from the date you received the product in like-new condition with no visible wear and tear, if not covered by our warranty, you (the buyer ) will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item for manufacturing defects and internal replacement, it is not our fault.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or poor quality items
Please let us know if the product is defective or not working properly. For the fastest solution, please contact us at support@sk.fashionline.es with photos showing poor quality areas or damaged items. The best photos are on a flat surface with tags and errors clearly marked. We will replace it for you as soon as we confirm the situation, no need to return the defective one. We will use this information to help you complete your order and eliminate errors in the future.

Cancel unshipped orders

Cancel shipping order
If you cancel your order when the package has already been shipped or is in transit to your destination, please contact us and then refuse to accept the package as we cannot take it back at that time. We will refund your payment after shipping costs have been deducted. Refunds will be issued as soon as packages begin to be returned.
